Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice so our team can adjust their schedules and accommodate other guests.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% service charge. No-shows and haircut appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
We understand that unexpected situations arise and will always do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.
